Since my wonderful group of loved ones is now spread out over several countries, I thought a blog might be an easier way to keep in touch with people. I hope this blog will be a combination of life updates, random observances, movie and television reviews, and reflections on Christian teachings. I'm glad you're doing this! I've thought about having a blog myself, but with work AND school, there's not enough hours in the day. When I graduate, maybe I'll do my own.

I'm not meaning to post anonymously, but I'm having trouble doing it any other way! It's Elizabeth, and I think this is gonna be really cool! You have so much to say on a wide variety of subjects, so this seems like the perfect medium for you to express it all (not to mention that it will most certainly be entertaining and educational!). Amy, this is really cool. I look forward to checking in and seeing how you are doing, keeping up with the TV and movies I'm missing out on, and hearing about your adventures in teaching! It is always so hard to keep up with everyone's comings and goings from so far away!
By the way, do you have plans for Spring Break? Summer Vacation? You have until somewhere around August 2005 to take advantage of the free (somewhat) ocean-front hotel in Portugal...book your tickets - then you can blog from abroad!
